• Request Data: Information about the records you're requesting (e.g., agency name, request subject).

• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

• Technical Data: Your IP address, device type, and browser (used for analytics and fraud prevention).

We use the information you provide only for the following limited purposes:

• To generate your requested document (e.g., FOIA letter, refund request, dispute letter) using AI.

• To temporarily process your form inputs and deliver a downloadable PDF.

• To process payments securely through Stripe (we do not store any payment details).

• To send you a copy of your letter via email, if requested.

• To improve our service by tracking basic, non-identifiable usage patterns (e.g., most used tools).

• To comply with legal requirements, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution if needed.

We do not store your personal data beyond what is required for letter generation and delivery. All form inputs and uploaded files are automatically deleted after the letter is generated, unless retention is necessary for customer support or payment records.

We do not permanently store your request data or personal information after the letter has been generated and delivered. All data is:

• Used temporarily during generation

• Deleted within 24 hours after delivery, unless required for customer support or billing records

If you enter your email address through the Subscribe form or place a paid order, your email may be added to our internal mailing list for future product updates, discount offers, and customer support follow-ups.

• You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe     in the email or contacting us directly.

• We fully comply with CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR best practices.

All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols, including:

• SSL/TLS between your browser and our website

• Secure connections between Calunah, OpenAI, Airtable, Stripe, and other integrated tools We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

• Email communications are managed through secure platforms such as MailerLite or Mailchimp.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only with:

• OpenAI, to generate your letter (data used only for your request)

• Stripe, to process payments securely

• Email delivery services, to send you your documents

We may disclose your data if legally required to do so by court order or government request.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data (if still retained)

• Ask us to delete any data we may have temporarily stored

• Opt out of future marketing emails
