Is this a law firm?

No. Calunah is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It helps users create their own documents.

Who created this?

Calunah was created by a parent who experienced how hard it can be to get companies and agencies to listen. This platform was built to help everyday people be heard —quickly, affordably, and without needing legal help.

Will Calunah store my data?

No. Uploaded files and personal information are deleted after your letter is generated. We respect your privacy.

Is this safe to use?

Yes. Calunah uses secure, encrypted systems like Stripe and Airtable to keep your information safe.

What if I want a refund?

Email: refunds@calunah.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We’ll refund you, no questions asked.

Is this just for the U.S.?

Currently, yes. Calunah’s tools are designed around U.S. laws, agencies, and consumer protections.

What happens after I get my letter?

You'll download it and send it yourself—by email, mail, or online portal. Calunah gives you the words, but you stay in control.
